DELIVERY & RETURNS
Postage is FREE for orders over £35 and from only £1.95 for orders under £35!
We offer 3 Shipping options at Checkout:
1) Standard 2nd Class Shipping (£1.95) This will take approximately 4 working days to arrive with you. This service will not require a signature
2) Express 1st Class Signed for (£3.50) This will take approximately 2 working days to arrive with you. This service will require a signature
3) Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm (for order placed by 1pm) (£7.80) This service will arrive with you the next working day and is a tracked service. This service requires a signature.
Once you have placed your order, you should receive 2 emails from us – an order confirmation and a confirmation of posting.
If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been shipped, but you haven’t yet received it in the time you had expected based on the delivery method chosen, please contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
We currently deliver to the UK mainland only. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you live outside of this area and would like to receive an order.

Slipfree®s that are purchased online from our website can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the amount of the shoes excluding delivery.
All Slipfree®s must be returned unused with the shoes still connected as a pair, in the original delivery box. Please make sure you try on your shoes on a carpeted area. We cannot accept returned shoes that are marked on the sole. The condition of the product is left to the discretion of Slipfree® UK.
If you’re looking to return a pair of Slipfree®s purchased from our website, please follow the returns process sent with your delivery. Any questions please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon receiving your returned Slipfree®s, a refund for the amount of the shoes (including your return delivery costs) will be issued to you within 3 working days. This refund will be issued to the payment method that was used to make the original purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund different accounts or cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility/reimburse for any lost or damaged returned items.
We cannot accept returns for shoes purchased through a retail store, please contact the store you purchased from to understand their returns policy.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Your right to cancel as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, an order can only be cancelled if it has not already been posted. If your order has already been processed and is in transit, it is not eligible for cancellation. In this case, your return/cancellation must be actioned via the free returns process once the order has arrived.
Sorry we can’t offer direct exchanges, please follow the returns process outlined. You may place a new order at any time for a different item.
