COVID-19 UPDATE: To ensure our warehouse is a safe environment for our teams, we have put measures in place to allow the warehouse to remain open. A few members of staff will return to the warehouse on select days each week for the time being to pick and pack your orders. Therefore please allow for a slight delay on receiving your orders from us at this time.

We are finding with the current situation that within mainland UK in some areas of the country orders are taking up to 2 weeks from dispatch from our warehouse to arrive, despite them being sent on an express service which would normally take 1-2 days. Royal Mail are rightly prioritising NHS deliveries and then doing their best under exceptional circumstances to deliver an increasing volume of parcels to customers as quickly as possible.

If your order has not arrived 2 weeks from the date of dispatch (you will receive an email when your order is dispatched) please email us at help@iloveslipfree.co.uk to make us aware of this and we can look at a plan to resolve

We have temporarily removed our guaranteed next day shipping options as we are not able to offer these currently

 Express Postage is FREE for orders over £40 (Aim to deliver in 1-2 working days, no signature required) and from only £1.95 for orders under £40!

Shipping options at Checkout:

1) Express shipping (£1.95) using Royal Mail 24 (for orders placed by noon, these will be dispatched the same day) .This will take approximately 1-2 working days to arrive with you. This service is not guaranteed and will not require a signature.

2) Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm (£7.80) (for orders placed Monday to Thursday by 1pm, these will be dispatched the same day, for orders placed after 1pm on Thursday to be dispatched on Friday and received on Saturday these will require you to choose a Guaranteed Saturday Delivery. This service is a fully tracked service and requires a signature.

3) Guaranteed Saturday Delivery by 1pm (£11.80) for orders placed between 1pm Thursday and 1pm Friday)


Standard Shipping (£4.90) using Royal Mail International (for orders placed by noon, these will be dispatched the same day) .This will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive with you. This service will not require a signature.

Once you have placed your order, you should receive 2 emails from us – an order confirmation and a confirmation of posting.

If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been shipped, but you haven’t yet received it in the time you had expected based on the delivery method chosen, please contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

Slipfree items that are purchased online from our website can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the amount paid for the items  (excluding delivery or return postage costs).

All Slipfree items must be returned unused and unworn in a saleable condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer .

For Shoes: shoes must still be connected as a pair and please make sure they are tried on a carpeted area. We cannot accept returned shoes that are marked on the sole.

For Swimwear: For the purpose of hygiene, swim shorts, bikini bottoms and swimsuits should be tried on over underwear and on returning items, all labels must still be attached (we will not be able to accept returns of swimwear where labels have been removed)  

The condition of the product is left to the discretion of Slipfree® UK.

If you’re looking to return a Slipfree® item purchased from our website, please print off the RETURN FORM HERE and return with your shoes

Upon receiving your returned Slipfree® items, either as requested, we will provide an exchange if based in the UK (Shipping is free on replacement item(s) within the UK), or we will process a refund for the purchase price of the items (excluding delivery and return postage costs). Any refunds processed will be issued to you within 3 working days. This refund will be issued to the payment method that was used to make the original purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund different accounts or cards.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility/reimburse for any lost or damaged returned items.

We cannot accept returns for shoes or swimwear purchased through a retail store, please contact the store you purchased from to understand their returns policy.


For UK customers, you can exchange your unworn Slipfree® item (s) for a different size or design within 30 days. Please get in touch with us at help@iloveslipfree.co.uk, and we can send through instructions on how to return the item to us and to receive the exchange. Shipping is free on the replacement items in the UK.



Your right to cancel as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, an order can only be cancelled if it has not already been posted. If your order has already been processed and is in transit, it is not eligible for cancellation. In this case, your return/cancellation must be actioned via the returns process once the order has arrived.
