Can I get my order delivered next day?
We know what it’s like when you find that perfect item and need it straight away. Our standard delivery uses Royal Mail 1st Class who aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays from posting and we worked hard to find the right packaging that will hopefully fit through your letter box so you don’t have to be in when the item is delivered (please note however if your letterbox is small it may not fit). We cannot currently offer a guaranteed next day delivery service.
My child or I am in-between sizes, would you recommend buying bigger or smaller?
One of the many beauties about Slipfree® shoes are the size options span 2 sizes as they are made from a stretchy fabric. However if you are unsure, we would recommend choosing the size below if you are in-between sizes. Also fear not as we offer free returns just in case!
I wish I had ordered a different style. Can I exchange for a different design?
With so many great designs to choose from, we understand your predicament. We don’t currently offer exchanges, however the great news is we offer free returns! Please follow the returns process sent in your delivery. As soon as we receive it, we will process your refund. You can place a new order on our website at any time.
I love Slipfree® and would love to stock them in my store, is this possible?

I have noticed in the photos on your website you do matching swimwear but I can’t see this to buy?
Great spot! We are looking at the opportunity of adding boys and girls swimwear to our range very soon. We would love it if you could fill in our contact us form or drop us an email at email@example.com to express an interest, so we can gauge our customer’s desire for this.
I have seen a design in the children’s section I would love to buy in adult’s size. Would this be possible?
We don't currently have every design in adult’s sizes so we chose the designs we felt adults would like the best, whether wearing alone or with matching children’s shoes for that Mini Me or Family set. How do I wash the shoes?
We recommend hand washing thoroughly in warm water with mild soap after each use and air drying inside out ready for their next adventure!
I bought some slipfree® shoes in a store. How can I return them?
We’re sad to hear you would like to return your Slipfree® shoes (we hope it’s just to change the size or style). You will need to contact the store you bought them from to ask about their return policy as we are unable to accept returns for shoes not ordered via our website.
I missed the 14 day return deadline and want to return the shoes. What can I do?
We know what it’s like, life is hectic and sometimes things & jobs get missed. Don’t panic as all is not lost. We are able to review, case by case, extended returns at our discretion so please fill in our contact us form or email us at: email@example.com
Aaah the style I really want is out of stock in the size I need. When will you get more in?

How long does it take for my return to be processed?
We totally understand you want your money back in your account, hopefully to order another pair of Slipfree ® shoes!
Upon receiving your returned Slipfree®s, a refund for the amount of the purchase will be issued to you within 3 business days. This refund will be issued to the payment method that was used to make the original purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund different accounts or cards.
The shoes I received are faulty. What can I do?
We are so sorry you have received a faulty pair, we meticulously check the shoes before dispatching them to ensure you receive a perfect pair, but it sounds like we may have missed one and for that we profusely apologise. Please return your shoes using our FREEPOST returns label or if you no longer have the returns label please contact us via the contact us form or email us at email@example.com
Can I buy a gift card?
We don’t currently have the facility to offer the purchase of gift cards.
However we agree the shoes are fantastic to receive as gifts and if the size or style isn’t perfect, no worries as we offer free returns!
If you do want to send some shoes as a gift we can help by sending a personal gift note with your order. Please fill in the special instructions box during checkout or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and message and we will pop it in the package no problem.
Can you ship these abroad?
Unfortunately we can only ship to addresses in the UK, however if you live elsewhere, please email us as email@example.com and we will do our best to help.
